Our client was a restrained passenger of a vehicle traveling northbound on La Cienega and stopped to make a left turn at the intersection of Clemson Street in Los Angeles, California. The defendant was the driver of a different vehicle.
Upon the green light, our client’s vehicle attempted to make a left-hand turn onto the Plaza on Clemson Street, and another vehicle collided with the passenger’s side of our client’s vehicle.
