Two Injured in Echo Park DUI Accident

A black sedan was reported crashed in Echo Park, California, at the intersection of Temple Avenue and Laveta Terrace. This catastrophic incident left at least two people injured. The black sedan reportedly collided with the passenger side of an LAPD Ambulance at around 11:30 PM Monday night. The accident happened in Los Angeles.

Authorities at LAPD are still actively investigating the collision, as the event happened at the intersection and the collide was in unclear circumstances. The black sedan was allegedly being operated by an alleged DUI driver.
One of the victims received minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The driver of the black sedan most likely accumulated minor injuries as well. They were hospitalized in an unknown condition.
It has not been clarified if the ambulance was responding to a call or not.
