Can Pedestrians Receive Death Benefit from At-Fault Driver’s Employer After A Car Accident?

Yes, they can. A pedestrian who was involved in a car accident caused by a driver who was working is entitled to a death benefit from their employer. If you are a family member of the deceased or is the beneficiary of their estates, be sure to pursue this line of action since the employer may not be the first to reach out to you to compensate you for your loss. It is best to talk to a personal injury lawyer if you are planning to do this. Call us for a free consultation at (800) 310-1606, available whenever you need us.
