A single-vehicle accident was reported to have ended fatally on Saturday, October 10th. California Highway Patrol, who was first at the scene, discovered that the incident happened around Wildwood Road, near Highway 46, just after 12:00 a.m. A motorcycle struck a utility pole near the scene of the incident, causing the biker to be thrown out of their vehicle. The vehicle was identified as a 2019 Yamaha Raptor, driven by a 28-year-old man. He had fatal injuries and died at the scene. The biker was wearing the appropriate headgear and thus authorities are still investigating what may have caused the accident.

What Compensation Are You Entitled to from Insurance Provider As An Automobile Accident Victim?

If you have been injured in a vehicular accident caused by another party, then you are within your rights to file a claim against their insurance provider. Although you are also able to file a claim to your own insurance if you have a personal injury protection auto insurance coverage, do not immediately take this action. The first option should always be filing a claim to the insurance provider of the at-fault driver.
