If Your Stolen Vehicle Was Involved In A Crash, Are You Responsible for It?
Generally, no. However, you may be liable if you haven’t reported that your vehicle is stolen. Thus, it is imperative that you do so as soon as you have discovered that your vehicle is missing. By doing so, any criminal actions done in the stolen vehicle can no longer be attributed to you, including a car crash.
