What Can You Do If You Were Involved in An Accident with a Public Transport Vehicle?

If you were a driver who was involved in an accident with a government or state-owned or operated bus, you should know that you are able to file a claim against them or their insurance provider. However, the process is different from filing against a private person or company. Filing a claim against a government or state-owned or operated entity means that you need to follow the Tort Claims Act. If you’d like to know more about what this process entails legally, you can contact us for a free consultation about your case by dialing (877) 871-3256.
