Pedestrian Fatally Injured in Lancaster Crash
On Sunday, January 17th, a fatal vehicular incident took place in Lancaster. California Highway Patrol was the first responder at the scene. The fatal incident happened at 2:00 a.m. between Avenue K and 110th Street West. The driver of a 2006 Toyota struck a male pedestrian due to visibility issues. The pedestrian was fatally injured as a result and was pronounced dead at the scene. They were identified as a 51-year-old man named Pablo Flores Martinez who is a resident of Newhall. Authorities are still conducting an investigation of the crash.
