Can Single-Vehicle Crash Victims File A Personal Injury Claim?
Whether or not a personal injury claim can be filed following a car accident depends on several factors. Some of these factors may not even apply in single-vehicle crash situations. A situation where a personal injury claim may be filed following a single-vehicle crash would probably be one where the accident was not caused by the person behind the wheels.
