Can You Submit A Wrongful Death Claim to Auto-Insurance Providers?
Wrongful death claims are generally filed by the surviving family members of the deceased against the party who is accused of causing the death of the victim. In car crashes, this person is the at-fault driver who caused the crash to occur in the first place and caused the fatal injury that killed the deceased. If you want to submit a wrongful death claim to an auto insurance provider, the type of car crash case you are facing will determine whether such action is feasible or not.
