A single-vehicle crash reportedly took place on Wednesday, January 6th in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Police Department is leading an investigation into the crash. The incident happened at about 12:30 a.m. between First Street and North Beaudry Avenue. A black Porsche was heading east on First Street when the vehicle collided with a traffic light. The Porsche was occupied only by one person, the driver, a man in his 30s. He was fatally injured and pronounced dead at the scene. Initial investigation attributes the cause of the crash to driving above the speed limits.

Can You Submit A Wrongful Death Claim to Auto-Insurance Providers?

Wrongful death claims are generally filed by the surviving family members of the deceased against the party who is accused of causing the death of the victim. In car crashes, this person is the at-fault driver who caused the crash to occur in the first place and caused the fatal injury that killed the deceased. If you want to submit a wrongful death claim to an auto insurance provider, the type of car crash case you are facing will determine whether such action is feasible or not.
