One Dead and One Injured in Bakersfield Collision

On Saturday, January 9th, a vehicle collision was reported in Bakersfield. Bakersfield Police Department is leading an investigation into the crash. The incident happened just past 11:00 a.m. near Oswell Street. The driver was trying to park their vehicle when they struck a woman and a man.
