A multi-vehicle crash was reported in Commerce on Tuesday, November 10th. California Highway Patrol was the first responder at the scene. The incident happened just past 5:30 a.m. Though it is not known how many vehicles were involved in the crash, it is known that a motorcycle was involved. The rider of the motorcycle was fatally injured in the crash. He was later identified as a 38-year-old man from Stanton named Jason Campo.

Can You File A Claim Against More Than One Driver After A Multi-Vehicle Crash?

Yes, you can. If you believe that your multi-vehicle crash was caused by multiple parties, you can choose to take action against them. Of course, you will need to file the claim separately against each individual. This also means providing a different set of evidence and argument. It is best to consult a lawyer before proceeding with this line of action. We can connect you with one of our experienced multi-vehicle crash lawyers, available 24/7 by calling (800) 310-1606.
