Can Passengers File A Claim Against the Driver of the Vehicle?
In California, passengers are the third highest group of people who die from automobile accidents in 2018. With this death rate in mind, you should choose to pursue a claim after avoiding a fatal injury due to the actions of a negligent driver. Remember to start your claim as soon as possible, since there is a 2-year statute of limitations for any claims filed for an automobile accident.
