One Child Dead After Being Hit by A Vehicle in San Jose
A child was struck by a vehicle in San Jose on Thursday, December 31st. San Jose Police Department is the first responder at the scene. The incident happened at about 11:17 a.m. near Santee Dr. and McQuesten Dr. The crash occurred near an elementary school. The child was riding a scooter when they were hit by the vehicle. The child was declared dead at the scene of the accident. Neither identities of either driver or the child have been disclosed by the authorities. The driver cooperated with the authorities at the scene, and an investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
