Authorities are seeking the perpetrator of a hit-and-run incident in Bakersfield. The incident occurred on November 29th at about 3:16 p.m between East Brundage Lane and Madison Street. A pedestrian was injured after a dark-colored vehicle struck them. The vehicle is currently being sought by Bakersfield Police Department. Witnesses described the vehicle as a black Kia Rio, with four doors and a missing passenger side hubcap. The driver seems to be a Hispanic man.
