What Can You Do if You Were Injured in a Crash Caused by a Driver Experiencing A Medical Emergency?
Sometimes, you end up in a situation where your car crash was caused by a driver who lost control of their vehicle due to a medical emergency. Let’s say that you are aware of it, and still want to pursue a claim nonetheless. Well, unfortunately, in most states, including California, when a driver experiencing a medical emergency caused a crash, it is not possible to pursue a claim against them or their insurance provider.
