Can A Parked Vehicle Cause an Automobile Accident?
It is possible, especially if the vehicle was parked improperly or in an undesignated area. If this was the case in your crash, then you should know that you are not the party responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, since the person parking the vehicle was the one who did not abide by the rules applicable to parking vehicles. In fact, you are within your rights to pursue a claim against the individual instead, by holding them accountable for their negligence, which caused your automobile accident.
