How Do You Start A Personal Injury Claim?
Starting a personal injury claim after a car accident can differ depending on what damages you expect. It is also determined by your accident type – were you a victim in a two-vehicle crash, or was the number of vehicles involved higher? This matters because if you were a victim in a multi-vehicle crash, it is possible that the party you are filing a claim against may argue that they are not the only party at fault. If you want to consult an attorney before starting your personal injury claim, we are available for a free consultation by phone, which you can get by dialing (800) 310-1606.
