A pedestrian was found dead after they were struck by a vehicle in Santa Ana on Sunday, December 13th. Santa Ana Police Department is leading an investigation into the crash. The traffic incident happened at about 7:13 p.m. on West First Street. The pedestrian, a male whose identity is yet to be disclosed was the only one fatally injured. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash, although driving while intoxicated has been ruled out.
