Can Multiple Car Accident Victims File A Claim Against One Person?

Yes. You should be able to do this together if you and several other individuals were injured in the same automobile accident done by an at-fault driver. Doing this can help in terms of process and costs associated with pursuing claims. However, you need to ensure a consensus on the claims filed between all the victims of the accident. If you’re considering starting this type of legal action, you can call us at (800) 310-1606 for a free initial consultation about your case.
