Eight Dead, Including Seven Minors in Bakersfield Crash
A two-vehicle crash was reported in Bakersfield on Sunday, January 3rd. Bakersfield Police Department was the first responder at the scene. The incident happened on Highway 33 at about 8:00 p.m. A 2013 Dodge that was being driven by a 28-year-old man crashed into a Ford when the driver lost control of his vehicle. The Ford was carrying one driver and seven children. The Ford caught on fire and killed all of the vehicle’s occupants. Authorities have not yet been able to identify the victims and are still investigating the case.
