Can Passengers File A Claim Against A Deceased At-Fault Driver?
There may be times when, after a car accident, the passengers survived with injuries, while the at-fault driver was pronounced dead at the scene. When such situations happen, as a victim, you may think that you cannot pursue a claim against the deceased, even though their actions still affect you until now. You need to know that as a victim of a car accident, you are entitled to take legal action against the at-fault driver – whether they are dead or alive.
