Driver Injured in Hudson Ranch Single-Vehicle Crash

On Sunday, November 1st, a single-vehicle crash occurred on Hudson Ranch Road. California Highway Patrol was the first responder at the scene. The vehicle involved was a 2006 Chevrolet Corvette. The Chevrolet was traveling on Hudson Ranch Road, near Highway 99, when the driver, a 42-year-old man named Vyacheslav Knyazev, lost control of his vehicle and drove it towards a nearby gorge. The Chevrolet then crashed into a tree and was overturned due to the impact of the crash. The vehicle was on fire and the flame spread into a vegetation area in the vicinity of the crash location. Knyazev survived the crash, though he sustained severe injuries and required hospitalization.
