Can Improperly Maintained Traffic Signs Pose A Danger to Drivers?
It is very likely that an auto accident is caused by improperly maintained traffic signs. This can come in the form of signs with chipped-off paint, a traffic light that doesn’t work, or even a dead lamppost. If your car accident was triggered by such circumstances, you should know that you could file a claim against the state or local government who is supposed to be responsible for the road management in the area. If you choose to do this, know that the legal proceeding will take some time and be more complex.
