Driver Dead After Crashing into a Restaurant in Bell Garden
A single-vehicle crash was reported in Bell Garden on Friday, January 1st. Los Angeles County Fire Department was the first responder at the scene. The incident happened on East Gage Avenue just past 12:00 a.m. The driver of the vehicle lost control of the steering and struck a light pole, before eventually crashing into a restaurant’s storefront. The driver was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was injured in the incident. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash.
