Authorities Reported that June Crash Injured Three, Killed One
Authorities have decided to disclose the details of a car accident that killed a 75-year-old woman last June in San Jose. The car crash took place around 10:00 p.m. between Alum Rock Avenue and North King Road. The woman who died was driving a 2004 Toyota Camry, heading east on Alum Rock Avenue at high speeds. She disobeyed the traffic lights, which turned red, and crashed into a 2002 Dodge Durango.
The other car was carrying three occupants, including the male driver. All of the cars’ occupants were injured, although the woman had the most severe injury. She died even though she received further medical treatments at the hospital. The Durango driver and passengers survived, although they also had moderate to minor injuries.
How Long Does A Personal Injury Claim Process Last?
Generally, a year or two is your best bet. Within this period of time, your personal injury claim case should be settled out of court. It is also possible that you will need to go on trial for your claim. Remember, the faster you file your claim, the faster your process will be. California has a two-year limit to file a personal injury claim since the date the injury was recorded. Nevertheless, regardless of what happens, pursuing a personal injury claim requires the assistance of a legal representative.
