Can Bicyclists File A Claim for Medical Treatment?
Yes, they can. Just like other victims, bicyclists can file a claim for medical treatment – to their own auto insurance, or, preferably, the auto insurance of the at-fault driver. To do this, there must be certain documents that you need to prepare, which may be difficult for you to do if you are mildly incapacitated due to your car crash injuries.
