62-Year-Old Woman Dead After Crash in Long Beach
A pedestrian ended up dead after a crash in Long Beach on Wednesday, October 30th. Long Beach Police Department is the lead investigator in the crash. An SUV traveling on Cherry Avenue suddenly veered off-road into a nearby bus stop, where a 62-year-old woman was sitting. The SUV also collided with a black sedan that was heading towards the same direction. The woman was eating a slice of pizza when the crash happened. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The SUV driver was uninjured, nor was the black sedan driver. Both drivers remained at the scene to cooperate with the authorities.
