Can You File A Personal Injury Claim After A Crash If You’re Injured While Working?
According to the CDC, automobile crashes are the main cause of deaths for employees in the United States. Although as an employee, you should generally receive some form of medical coverage from your employer following on-the-job traffic incidents, this coverage usually doesn’t apply for any damages to your private property if there were any. Thus, if you are seeking compensation for the damage you experience following an on-the-job automobile crash, you need to take legal action as a private individual. We can help you with this process.
