54-Year-Old Man Injured After EMS Vehicle Crash
On Wednesday, November 4th, an emergency medical service (EMS) vehicle operated by the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) crashed into several parked vehicles in Chatsworth. The EMS vehicle wasn’t responding to an emergency at the time of the crash. The incident happened between Lassen Street and Winnetka Avenue, at about 11:00 a.m. Several pickup trucks were damaged due to the crash. In addition, a bystander was also injured, a 54-year-old man. He was standing near the parked vehicles when the crash happened. It is unknown how the man became injured, although LAFD stated that the man wasn’t hit by the EMS vehicle.
