Can Single-Vehicle Crash Victims File A Claim?

Yes, they can. But, the type of claim that you can file will be different depending on what your role is in the accident. If you are the driver, for example, you may be able to pursue a claim with your own auto insurance provider. That is, if you have a personal injury protection clause included in your insurance package. If you are a passenger, you may have more legal options available at your perusal.
