Can I Still Sue A Driver Who Remains at the Scene?

Although it is a sign of goodwill when drivers do not flee from an accident scene, it doesn’t mean that you should give up the idea of pursuing a lawsuit against them. This is especially true if your insurance coverage and the driver’s insurance provider do not give enough payout on your medical treatment and damages claim. When you are faced with this situation, you should know that pursuing a personal injury claim is entirely within your rights.
