Can You File Damage Claims As A Crash Bystander?

It is actually possible to pursue a damage claim even if you were only a bystander in the incident. After all, even if you were not directly involved in a traffic incident, you are still present when the event transpired. This can mean that you will remember what happened for a long time if the event was traumatic enough for you. If this is the case for your circumstances, you should pursue a claim against the at-fault driver whose negligent actions not only injures the victim but also emotionally wounds the people present at the scene.
