Can You File A Claim on Behalf of a Deceased Car Accident Victim?

You can if you are an immediate family member. This applies to parents, spouses, or children. It is also possible if you have been named the beneficiary of the deceased’s estates. However, you should know that the type of claim you are making will not be a personal injury claim. You may be able to pursue a wrongful death claim or a survival action claim, depending on the car accident case your loved one experiences. To know more about what each claim entails and how to proceed to the next step, call us today for a free consultation by dialing (800) 310-1606.
