Are SUVs More Prone to Single-Vehicle Crashes?

Although we cannot directly determine that all SUVs are more prone to single-vehicle crashes, it is known that from all types of automobiles, SUVs are more likely to be involved in fatal single-vehicle crashes. They are especially susceptible to crashes where vehicles are overturned. Whether this is caused by faulty design or lack of passenger safety equipment is not known, since it can only be determined on a case-by-case basis. If you feel that your SUV single-vehicle crash was caused by bad equipment, you should know that you can pursue a product liability claim.
