Do Auto Insurance Cover You For Injuries Happening Outside of Vehicle?
This depends on the circumstances of the incident. The one detailed above, for example, would still qualify for an auto insurance claim. If the incident happened outside the vehicle but was caused by the auto insurance owner’s vehicle, then it should be viable to file a claim. If you need assistance from a lawyer to determine whether or not a claim should be filed and approved by an auto insurance provider following a car crash, call us today at (800) 310-1606.
