The man, who was identified as Bobby Lee Bullard, was off-loading products from his vehicle, a Ford food delivery van, when the other vehicle, a Hino box van, struck him. Can You Still File A Personal Injury Claim If The Driver Wasn’t Found Negligent?

Yes, you can. If you were injured in a car crash yet the investigation found the driver not negligent, you can still pursue a personal injury claim nevertheless. This is because your injury arises from the crash, and if you can prove that the driver was negligent, despite the result of the investigation, then you have the chance of having your claim approved.
