Was Your Child Injured in a Car Crash?

According to IIHS, vehicle crashes are the leading cause of deaths for children under the age of 13. Even if you take precautions when driving with your children, you can’t predict what might happen on the road. With this in mind, understand that like many other victims injured in vehicle crashes, you can file a personal injury claim on behalf of your child. Whether you are successful in your legal pursuit depends on the circumstances of your child’s accident.
