Our clients were in a vehicle that was stopped for a stoplight at the intersection of Sunset Avenue and Ramsey Street in Banning, CA. The defendant driver operating a black vehicle closely behind our client’s vehicle failed to stop in time and slammed into the rear of our client’s vehicle.
As a result of this collision, our client’s vehicle sustained extensive rear-end damage.
Travelers Property Company has accepted liability in this matter. As such, our clients were entitled to full compensation for all economic & non-economic damages approximately caused by the defendant’s negligence, which includes physical pain & damages.
