$135k Recovery for Slip-and-Fall Accident

Our client was a guest at a Halloween event in R10 Social House in Redondo Beach, California. Our client slipped on the wet and greasy floor and fell. They tried to break the fall with her right hand, but fell to the ground, striking their head and face. Upon impact, our client had blood in her mouth, sustained multiple teeth fractures, and lost six teeth.

A witness to the incident reported that the fall was due to the foamy soap sprayed all over the floor. The defendant’s negligence and failure to exercise ordinary care to keep the premises and accessories in a reasonably good and safe condition, and proximately caused our client’s resulting injuries.

Our client saw a doctor at Torrance Dental Arts with light plaque deposits. They reported that our client’s gums were susceptible and bleeding regularly. Our client also said that they flossed her teeth on daily basis. Our client took Aspirin, Skelaxin, and birth control pills. They also complained of frequent urination, headaches, and diabetes.
