Our client was the driver of a vehicle traveling southbound on Demaree Street at the intersection of Noble Avenue in Visalia. At some point, the plaintiff stopped for a red light. When the light turned green, our client proceeded to make a left turn onto Noble Avenue. At the same time, the defendant was driving a blue vehicle in the opposite direction on Demaree Street. The accused driver, who was traveling at a high rate of speed, ran the red light and collided head-on with our client’s vehicle.
