What Can You Do if Your Patrol Vehicle Were Struck by A Civilian Vehicle?

In the event that you were working patrol, and your vehicle was involved in a car accident, your government agency should be able to cover the damages that you experience during the incident. This applies to both property damages and any injuries you have. However, you should be aware that according to your rights as a citizen of the United States, you can pursue a personal injury claim against the at-fault driver.
