Can You File A Personal Injury Claim if You’re Not Injured from a Car Accident?
Well, no. But before immediately dismissing the possibility of a personal injury claim, you should first be aware of the possibility of a delayed injury. Oftentimes, blunt force trauma is more noticeable when you are injured in a car accident. Yet, it is likely that your minor injuries become major injuries later on, especially those involving situations where you hit your body parts.
Luckily, if you live in California, you have up to two years to file a personal injury claim to the at-fault driver and you are also able to file a claim to your insurance provider for a car accident injury within the same time span if need be. If you’d like to know more about possible legal actions to take if you don’t suffer from blunt force trauma in a car accident, call us to discuss your case with a legal expert for free by dialing (877) 871-3265.
