Should You File A Wrongful Death Suit Against Hit-And-Run Drivers?

Nationwide, more than 1,000 people will die each year from a fatal hit-and-run incident. At least 30% of these deaths will occur in California. A wrongful death suit should be filed against the perpetrator on behalf of the victim. If you’ve lost your loved ones in a hit-and-run incident, you deserve the chance to file your claim. You will need an attorney that can help represent your case in these trying times. You can contact us for a free consultation regarding your case, available 24/7, at (866) 698-2306.
