September 8, 2020 Alan Ahdoot

On September 4th, 2020, a hit-and-run incident between a 2003-2006 Mercedes Benz C230 and a female pedestrian occurred in Chinatown, at around North Broadway and College Street. The pedestrian, who is 70 years old, sustained severe injuries and was immediately sent to the hospital. The driver of the car fled from the scene, but eyewitnesses managed to provide some identifying characteristics. The police are now looking for a man around the age of 35 and 50 years old, a height of 6’4”, and a weight of 180 pounds. He had short blond braids and had multiple tattoos, a few on his arm, and the number “1” on the left part of his face.

Are You Injured In A Hit-And-Run Incident?

In hit-and-run accidents, pedestrians will die more often than the driver or passengers involved. Even though you might only be minding your own business as you walk about town, a vehicle driver can easily injure you due to their own negligence. When you suffer from severe injuries, like the elderly pedestrian, you have the right to file a lawsuit against the driver.
