Can Single-Vehicle Crash Victims File A Personal Injury Claim?
Whether or not a single-vehicle crash victim can file a personal injury claim depends on the circumstances of the crash. Was it caused by another party’s negligence? For example, in the case above, is it possible that there weren’t appropriate guardrails in place to ensure that vehicles traveling on the road will not fall easily to the embankment?
