You can be sued for property damages that ensue from your car crash. Before such measures are taken, however, you should know that your auto-insurance usually has a provision to cover property damages – both public and private. If you find that your insurance provider declines to fulfill this provision, do not immediately concede. You should reach out to a trusted legal counsel to help assess your case.
