On September 8th morning, a single-vehicle accident occurred east of SR-136 highway. The 2008 Dodge Avenger sedan was driven by a male driver in his 20s and had a male passenger in his 30s. The vehicle suddenly veered off the road and went up in flames after rolling over several times. The driver was pronounced dead on the scene but the passenger survived the ordeal with severe injuries.

Were You Injured in A Single-Vehicle Accident?

Single-vehicle accidents can harm both drivers and passengers. However, when the vehicle goes up in flames, how can you be sure only the driver is at fault? Usually, reports about the car’s safety testing are used as a reference point by insurance investigators to determine your claim. When dealing with this situation, it is best to get an attorney who can help you with your case. If you’d like to get in contact with one of our lawyers who have experience with similar cases, call us any time at (866) 698-2306.
