On Sunday, September 6th, 2020, a vehicle fire was reported in the area of Los Gatos. The fire spread onto the nearby foliage, burning at least half an acre on Soda Springs Road as a result. By 11 a.m on the same day, Santa Clara County Fire Department and California Fire Department of Forestry and Fire Protection had managed to put out the flames. The cause of the vehicle fire is still under investigation.
