A 19-year-old man was arrested for killing a pedestrian and causing property damages over the weekend in Gardena, Los Angeles. The man stole a pickup truck from an auto repair shop, and in the process of evading pursuit, ended up hitting a woman near the traffic lights at Redondo Beach Boulevard and Vermont Avenue.
