For the majority of people who have a valid personal injury claim, they’ll be best served by retaining a lawyer. This starts with us reviewing your case and completing our initial investigation. At this point, we will generally open claims with relevant parties on behalf of our clients. We’ve handled thousands of personal injury claims and the process is generally pretty straight-forward. Depending on the specifics of your case, responsible parties might include insurance companies, third-party administrators, or other parties that may provide some sort of recovery for your claim, and risk management teams that represent any of the responsible parties.
It’s worth noting that we do not have to file a civil lawsuit. We only file a civil lawsuit in state or federal court if we’re unable to resolve your matter informally with the responsible parties or insurance companies.
